Renovated in 2012 and with additional buildings and facilities added, this hotel now consists of a main building and annex buildings, 2-floor bungalows and lake villas. Suitable for families, the complex offers a range of facilities which include hotel shops, recreational and sports amenities, a choice of wining and dining venues and its own section of the beach.
The rooms in the main building have regulated air-conditioning while in the bungalows they have individual air-conditioning. All rooms are modernly furnished and equipped with minibar, tea and coffee set, safe box, satellite TV and free wireless Internet access.

The beach hotel is located directly on the Mediterranean coast in the district of Kumkoy, approximately 6.5km west from the resort centre of Side and with shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife just 700 meters away. There is a bus stop on the main road, just 200 meters from the hotel.
