This large, double-storey house has sweeping water views of North Arm, a private jetty berth, large enclosed yard and a rumpus room with a billiard table For your convenience there is a single car space under a carport and driveway parking for another car or boat

When entering The Point 5-Bedroom house you will find the main lounge, dining and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms There is also an en suite bathroom off the master bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom with a shower, bath and a separate toilet Downstairs, there is a games room and 2 other bedrooms with a bathroom between them

Guests can prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, which has a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator, followed by watching a movie using the flat-screen TV and DVD player provided The main living area of the house is heated/cooled by the split system air conditioner A washing machine and a tumble dryer are provided

Please note that beach towels are not provided Guests will need to bring their own
