Adjustments and cancellations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in, and in the event they are not a 1-night charge will be assessed. If a reservation is a 'no-show' on the day of arrival a 1-night charge will be assessed. If a reservation is checked out beore the initial check out date without 24 hours advance notice an additional 1-night charge will be assessed.
